Born in Zagreb, Croatia, graduated from music high school under prof. Neva Begović and prof. Valter Dešpalj, both with excellent marks. Enrolled at the Music Academy of Zagreb at the age of sixteen in Valter Dešpalj’s class and graduated 2012 in prof. Lazar’s class.

Klara has made successful appearances at national and international competitions and was a prize-winner in Gorizia (Italy) in 2004 and in Zagreb (Croatia) in 2004 and 2006. Her performance of Stamitz Cello Concerto with Zagreb Soloists should be pointed out among numerous others.

Throughout the years she has actively participated in master classes of Maria Kliegel, Valter Dešpalj, Rudolf Leopold, Dmitrij Ferschtmann, Erich Huetter, Jakob Kullberg and Julian Arp.

She was the youngest member of Cellomania ensemble and performed in Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Italy and Russia and took part of tour with the famous cellist Misha
